The Maldives are taking gastronomy to a whole new level. In May 2026, Michelin-starred chef Giorgio Servetto will present a unique tasting menu in the iconic underwater restaurants Only BLU and M6m.
The two-time Michelin award holder will visit two resorts from the Atmosphere Core group, where he will lead a series of exclusive lunches and dinners. Guests will be able to enjoy his signature cuisine literally surrounded by coral reefs and marine life.

The culinary events will take place in two extraordinary locations:
Only BLU at Oblu Select Lobigili Resort (May 7–9, 2026)
M6m at Ozen Life Maadhoo Resort (May 12–14, 2026)
Both restaurants rank among the Maldives’ most distinctive culinary attractions, combining world-class gastronomy with breathtaking views of the underwater world.

“Garden-to-Sea” Concept: The Taste of Nature and Ocean
The menu is created in collaboration with local teams and is based on the “Garden-to-Sea Immersion” concept, which connects fresh island-grown ingredients with the richness of the ocean:
- hydroponically grown vegetables directly on the island
- locally sourced farm products
- sustainably sourced fish and seafood
There is also a strong emphasis on minimizing waste and following zero-waste principles.
“Creativity begins with listening to nature—both land and sea. My cuisine is about simplicity and respect for ingredients. Every element has its place, allowing each flavor to fully stand out. That’s why I’m especially excited to bring this approach to the Maldives,” says Giorgio Servetto.

Based in Liguria, Italy, Chef Servetto holds both a Michelin star and a Michelin Green Star. He is known for his philosophy of simplicity, focus on ingredient quality, and maximizing their full potential.
